Eckert's Blackberry Jam Festival - 2005
2nd Annual Fiddle Contest

The Eckert's Country Farm and Store in Belleville hosted its 2nd Annual Blackberry Jam Fiddle Contest on Saturday, July 30, 2005. The weather outside was very hot, but that didn't keep 41 of the finest fiddlers around from competing.

The results of the contest are as follows:
Little Junior Division (10 & under)
1st Place - Colton Dever
2nd Place - Stella Grace Doty
3rd Place - Noah Venus

Junior Division (Up to 16 years)
1st Place - Clare Kukielski
2nd Place - Sherry Mae Canono
3rd Place - Corrina Logston
4th Place - Stewart Glenn
5th Place - Elizabeth Fedorchalk

Adult Beginner Division (17+, Played for 4 years or less)
1st Place - Chelsea Perkinson
2nd Place - Julie Jany
3rd Place - Dennis Huebner
4th Place - Dave Winkler
5th Place - Tim Dever

Open Division (17+)
1st Place - Evan Hunsley
2nd Place - Tim Stokes
3rd Place - Rob White
4th Place - Merle Jones
5th Place - Grant "Tex" Texier

Senior Division (60+)
1st Place - Quintin Huck
2nd Place - Louie Drinen
3rd Place - John Barnett
4th Place - Andy Talley
